Data Deletion Request

The JoyPlus Soft, Inc. — applies to all our games including PetDoku, and games on Facebook.

You can request deletion of all data associated with your game account at any time.

  1. Send an email to admin@thejoyplus.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the game name (e.g., PetDoku) and, if possible, your in-game user ID (shown in Profile) or the platform you played on (Facebook, App Store, Google Play, etc.).
  3. We will delete your account data (progress, collected items, identifiers) from our servers within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Facebook users: we only store a game-scoped player ID and gameplay progress. We do not store your name, photo, or friend list.
